Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups mozzarella, cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup parmesan, cheese (shredded)
  • 1 large Egg

For the Toppings:

  • 4 strips bacon, ( cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, (sliced)
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • 1 clove garlic, (minced)
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce,

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper,
  • Prepare the cheese crust: In a bowl, mix the mozzarella,, Parmesan, and egg until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment paper in a circular pizza shape. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Cook the bacon and mushrooms: While the crust is baking, fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic until soft.
  • Top the pizza: Remove the cheese crust from the oven. Spread with marinara sauce, across the crust, the sautéed, mushrooms and spinach over the top, then crumble the cooked bacon on top.
  • Bake again: Return the pizza to the oven for 5 more minutes to let the toppings meld together.
  • Serve and enjoy: Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
