Low Carb Lasagna With Zuchini Noodles
As you know lasagna noodles are loaded with carbs, So we had to search for a keto friendly alternative. Lasagna was a big part of my life to just give up like that!! The results you might ask? the result is a keto friendly lasagna with only 5 g net carbs by replacing the noodles with zuchini and replacing the sauce with a low carb marinara, Enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees F. Grab your zucchni after you wash it and start peeling it, Add salt to it and let it absorb the salt for 15 minutes
  2. Cook your ground beef in a pan until it’s brown then add the Rao’s marinara with season (Salt, Pepper)
  3. Put everything into a casserole dish and layer the ingredients ( meat, zucchini, ricotta, meat, zucchini, ricotta, mozzarella.)
  4. Add a foil for cover and bake your casserole for 35 min, Cook undercovered afterwards for 3 to 4 minutes Ta-Daah
