Instructions
  1. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a bo After melting the 3 tbsp of butter add the 3 tbsp of water to the melted butter to keep the temperature of the butter down.
  2. Add the 4 eggs to the mix and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed, Add the baking powder and the coconut flour, Stir again until everything is well mixed
  3. Use a 10 x 10 dish to spread the mixture , Put the dish in the microwave and let it there for about 8 minutes, Test it by poking the mixture with a knife, If the knife comes out clean then your mixture is ready.
  4. Cut the mixture into 9 pieces. Add the two eggs and the splash of heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
  5. Use the egg and whipping cream as a dipping and dip all 9 pieces into it. Use a heated non-sticky griddle (spray it) to fry both sides until the french toast is golden brown. Add the 0 carbs syrup, Butter and enjoy!
